Write the Docs is a global community of people who are passionate about documentation. This three-day conference includes two days of Speaker Talks and Unconference, a Writing Day, two socials, and a hike.

As the Executive Producer, I lead and oversee all aspects of the conference—including project management, budgeting, marketing, staff onboarding, volunteer coordination, speaker support, venue and vendor logistics, catering, sponsorship support, schedule, onsite logistics, and overall team management. I have produced three Write the Docs Portland and will be producing my first Write the Docs Berlin in Fall 2025.
